Hi there, I’m JL Hicks
I’m the owner of Me Times Two, a lifestyle management company built on over 25 years of experience in the care industry. My journey has taken me through many stages of social services and healthcare management, including managing two direct care homes and providing hospice and lifestyle services for families over the past two decades. Along the way, I’ve gained extensive skills in surgical recovery, rehabilitation, medication management, pulmonary and neurological home care, wound care, and of course, hospice support.

Through this work, I’ve seen first-hand how overwhelming caregiving can feel—and how life-changing it becomes when families have the right support and education. My goal is to provide care that goes beyond the basics: to deliver compassionate, tailored solutions that meet people where they are. I believe caregiving should honor both the dignity of those receiving care and the peace of mind of their loved ones. That’s why this course was created—to give caregivers the confidence, knowledge, and tools they need to walk this journey with strength and grace.

I also stay committed to forward-thinking, holistic approaches in healthcare, while keeping up with technology and innovation that can make life easier for both caregivers and families. Whether it’s teaching practical caregiving techniques or sharing ways to find balance and resilience, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

And because caregiving is about connection, I’ll share a little about me beyond the professional side: I love traveling, reading, dancing, listening to great music, and yes—always searching for the next best soup recipe! Caregiving may be serious work, but I believe joy, humor, and heart are just as important in the process.

After completing the program, you’ll be supported by the JL Hicks team for six months, during which you’ll receive community zoom sessions, mentorship, and support to help you launch and grow your business.
What are the payment options for the program?
